We want you to love your Redeem Soap products, but if you are unsatisfied in any way, please email us at contact@redeemsoap.shop for arrangements to return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days for a full product refund.

Please note that due to health and safety concerns we do not accept returns on items that have been used.

Shipping Policy and Processing Time

We ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping prices are based on the package's location, weight, and dimensions and are determined by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS).

As an example, shipping a single shampoo bar through the USPS currently costs about $4.21. That is based on the weight of the shampoo bar. Shipping prices change due to carrier increases and seasonal demand.

We ship from Arizona, so if you live in Maine, it will take longer to arrive than if you live in California. Most packages arrive within 2-8 days after being submitted to the carrier.

We ship to international locations. Tarifs and VAT may apply and are the purchaser's responsibility.
